WHAT WE DO

Endosign

EndoSign® is a minimally-invasive capsule sponge device that enables safe and accessible cell collection with full esophageal sampling.

Combined with advanced molecular diagnostics, it enables the detection of Barrett’s Esophagus and helps to prevent progression to Esophageal Adenocarcinoma.

How it works

01
Cell collection
The patient undergoes a safe, well-tolerated procedure that does not require sedation.
02
Biomarker analysis
Cells are sent to Cyted laboratory to identify molecular changes with methylation analysis.
03
Report results
A report with an actionable result is sent back to the healthcare provider to share with patients.

Current Applications

The EndoSign® procedure can be completed in any care setting and prioritizes patient comfort and acceptance, making it the ideal, minimally invasive solution for patients at risk of Esophageal Cancer.
Squamous Cell Dysplasia
Squamous cell dysplasia is abnormal, precancerous changes in the squamous cells lining the esophagus. If unchecked, it can progress to a form of cancer called squamous cell carcinoma.
Eosinophilic Esophagitis
Eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) is a rare and chronic inflammatory condition of the esophagus, often triggered by allergic responses to certain foods or environmental factors.
